The glue coating machine is available in TJ single layer and TJ double layer types. It serves to bond the cardboard into desired shape. The position of this product in the WJ computer high speed corrugated cardboard production line is illustrated in diagram ④.

1. The glue coating machine comes with touch screen display and optional PLC for glue quantity adjustment. Additionally, the glue quantity can be electrically or manually regulated. The product can optionally comes with the digital display of gluing gap or achieve the automatic tracking modulation of gluing gap according to the speed of the whole production line.
2. It uses synchronous belt to transmit the cardboard while running stably without any vibration and noise.
3. The product is characterized by auto circulation of glue supply to prevent glue from sedimentation.
4. It is equipped with a preheating device to speed up the gelatinization of glue.
5. Each layer of the glue coating machine is independently driven with variable frequency control.
6. The product employs compression roller or press bar to achieve the pressure for gluing.
